Clear Content Shortcut or VBA script?

I wonder if there is any shortcut key for the "clear content" function. If not, is there any VBA script that I can use to make it an add-in?

We use the old Excel 2003 menu keystrokes:
Alt+E+A+A which is Edit, Clear, All

We also use
Alt+E+A+F which is Edit, Clear, Formatting

We considered creating a macro in our WST macros but decided against it since we were running out of keystrokes and would have to use a Ctrl+Shift+Alt+[letter] which doesn't provide any keystrokes savings since Ctrl+[letter], Ctrl+Shift+[letter] was mostly used up. we are reserving the remaining unused Ctrl+Alt+[letter] keystrokes for functions that don't pre-exist in Excel's menus.

In Excel 2007/2010, you can do:
Alt+H+E+A and Alt+H+E+F which is the same 4 keystrokes.
